While natural methods are indeed less stressful for your body, it takes some time before they come into effect, without forgetting that these methods simply don’t work for everyone.

As was mentioned in the beginning, medical technology has come a very long way in the last few decades, and there are many medications which are used to treat IBS. For instance, Bisacodyl can be used to tread constipation, Loperamide can be used to negate the diarrhea, tricyclic antidepressants to take care of the pains, without forgetting Rifaximin, an antibiotic with which many doctors have had success treating IBS.

All things considered, the technology available to us in order to treat IBS is so diversified that there is no reason for anyone to suffer any longer because of it.
