Paleo Diet: Good For Ibs?

The fact is, there are tons of “trigger foods” for people with IBS. People with IBS need to be extremely careful as to what they eat.

Unfortunately, trigger foods can vary among individuals. For this reason, there is no hard evidence or list of foods that people should avoid. However, there is a list of common trigger foods.

It is important that you understand whether or not a food allergy is causing your IBS symptoms because it can be a quick fix. If your problems are a result of a food allergy, you will be able to reduce the amount of symptoms you experience very easily.
